The History of DSS Group
Every business and organization pursues a vision. A vision that successfully serves a need, a want, or even both. There needs to be a mission and a standardized-system of principles, values and strategies in order to reach the sought after vision. But when Mr. D. S. Nair left CRPF and had this vision about starting a security company 3 decades ago it was much more than this that he had in mind.
When Mr. D. S. Nair started the business he had four security guards, one security officer & his first client Muller Engineering in the industrial belt of Halol, the journey since then has been one that can be documented both on celluloid & the idiot box. Today DSS Group has more than 10000 guards spread over six states in India. They provide Bespoke solutions at Ports, Refineries, Industries etc.
Today the company DSS Group is in a fluent transition stage, they are somewhere in the midst of reidentifying themselves or as Philip Kotler says, Mutating the existence into a progressive vision.
There are young professionals like Mr. Jaideepsinh Jhala , Dr. Sheetal Nair and Mr. Sudeepsinh Jhala heading the company , making sure that the stakeholders of the company & the clients who are being partnered by DSS Group feel sure that their safety can be put in the hands of these dynamic professionals.They truly have given security a technical & a professional edge.
